Diebel D-2300 Extruded Aluminum Frame Conveyor

Features

• The Diebel Series features a simple and easy belt tracking system
• Medium-duty conveyor with a compact overall profile of 2.48”
• Offered with a box beam frame (for 1” – 6” belt width) or plate and rail frame (for 8” – 18” belt width)
• Extruded aluminum frame features a dual T-slot that runs the full length of the frame for mounting electrical accessories, rails, supports, sensors, photo eyes, or other accessories
• All other parts are zinc coated to provide a clean, maintenance-free finish (options are available for stainless steel 304 2B parts)

Specifications

• Available from a 1’ length to 40’ length with an end drive or center drive
• Maximum capacity of this conveyor is 80 lbs
• Comes with a 2-1/4” drive and infeed pulley, but can also be configured with a tight transfer for those small parts that are hard to convey

Applications

• D-2300 is preferred for food processes, clean room applications, or electronics processing.
