Curved Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor with 11 Gauge Tread Rollers for Heavy Duty Applications
Roach Model 251CDLRC Heavy Duty Chain Driven Live Roller Curve can transports heavy unit loads not requiring product orientation. Heavy castings, drums, containers, tires, tote pans, & pallet loads may be effectively conveyed on this conveyor. Chain driven live roller conveyor, or pallet conveyor, is typically used to transport heavier loads at controlled speeds. Chains drive the sprockets on the load rollers which in turn drives the chain and the sprocket on the next roller. These systems transmit the same amount of power to each roller thus insuring smooth, even transportation. In addition, it's well suited for dirty or oiling environments, where other types of live roller conveyors won't perform. Curved CDLR’s are used in warehouse operations that handle steel sheet products or structural shapes as well as pallets or skids. Designed for torque not speed, these conveyer types transport loads at relatively slow speeds ranging between 35 and 60 feet per minute. Model 251CDLRC is reversible.
