MECHANICAL LIFT CONFIGURATIONS

VRC Mechanical Lift Configurations are dependent on outside factors such as loading / unloading requirements and frequency of lifting. Wildeck offers three types of Mechanical Configurations: Straddle, Cantilever and 4-Post

TYPE: Mechanical Lifts

MODEL: Configurations

Capacity, Loading/Unloading, and Platform Size Matter When Determining Mechanical Lift Configurations

Mechanical Lifts have a number of configurations depending on load amount and loading/unloading requirements. Wildeck offers three types of Mechanical Configurations: Straddle, Cantilever and 4-Post. Your specifications for your requirement will determine which of these three options best suits your application. Each has a particular advantage.

The straddle configuration permits the choice of either "C" or "Z" loading/unloading patterns, providing extra flexibility to maneuver loads in the direction desired by your operators. The cantilever configuration permits the choice of loading/unloading patterns "C", "Z" or 90° load patterns, used for low overhead clearances and tall loads. The 4-Post Material Lift configuration allows the flexibility to load/unload on any side of the platform. The 4-Post option is excellent for large, heavy loads.

Mechanical Lift Configurations are dependent on outside factors such as loading / unloading requirements and frequency of lifting.  Thomas Conveyor can help you determine the necessary load capacity, frequency, and loading/unloading requirement to choose which type of Mechanical Lifts Configurations best suits your application.
