Applications:
Scale hoppers: Scale hoppers sized, designed and fabricated by Thomas Conveyor and Equipment for the bakery, food, chemical and plastics industry. Discharge slide gates, rotary valves, and controlled metering screw feeders to dispense product.

Pneumatic conveying:
Pneumatically convey your semolina flour, wheat flour, sugar, dextrose, and starch from bulk storage to our weigh batching systems on load cells.

Flow aids: Thomas will engineer the correct equipment for your product(s). We will design whether you need vibration, fluidization, live bottom bins, or aeration devices to fully unload  the scale hopper.

Load cells and plc programming: We use rice lake load cells and your in house plc vendor like A-B, Allen Bradley, Siemens, Automation Direct, and TECO

Materials of construction:
Carbon steel, carbon steel W/FDA epoxy, 304 stainless steel welds brushed clean, 304 SS- weld ground smooth.
