Belt Curve Conveyors
Belt Curve Conveyors are inline, flat belt conveyors used to change product direction or designed to complement and connect existing conveyor systems. They are available in Standard, Heavy Duty, and Small Pulley strengths, available with a wide range of widths and extensions.
Belt curves have a rugged composition of either Rubber or Plastic/Eurethane and can be ordered to handle loads weighing a few ounces to hundreds of pounds per turn. Drive pulleys are designated by the load sizing. By driving through the entire belt width, and not just the outside radial edge, loads are transported smoothly and efficiently to their destination. The belt guide system is designed with sealed ball bearings to ensure long conveyor life in often abusive environments. No roller chains or sprockets are needed.

Roach Model 700PBC Flush Grid Plastic Belt Curve Conveyor
The 700PBC is a Series 2200 flush grid, plastic curve belt conveyor which can be used in various line assembly processes such as packing and testing. It is available in 30°, 45°, 60° or 90° curves. S curve formations are also available. Flush grid belts are lighter than flat top belts so they are ideal for longer, wider conveyor runs.
