Conveyor guards are designed to protect employees from potential hazards of sharp metal edges on conveyor systems in addition to improving the aesthetics and providing an additional level of protection on the conveyor system.
Half Round Conveyor Guards
Conveyor half round side rail is an extrusion mold ABS plastic guard. The patented guard protects employees and provides a finished look to any conveyor system.
Sizes: 2.5", 3.5", 4.5" 6.5"

Installation: the guard snaps onto the steel side frame.
Rectangular Conveyor Guards
Rectangular conveyor guards are a patented, padded rectangular guard, composed of extruded molded plastic.
Sizes: 1" x 2.5", 1.5" x 3.5", 1.5" x 6.5"

Installation: Guards snap onto the steel side frame.
Conveyor Guard End Cap/Product Stop
The conveyor guard end cap/product stop is a two in one product for the end of a conveyor line. If mounted from the top of a conveyor, it serves as a product stop; it can also be reversed and mounted from the bottom to be used as an end cap for the conveyor line.
Conveyor Guard Padding
Conveyor guard padding is applied to the outside of any conveyor guard rail and/or the end cap/product stop product. It provides an additional level of padding/protection to the conveyor line exterior. Conveyor padding and EPDM is sold in rolls.
EPDM Cover
EPDM is a rubber membrane with a self-adhesive sealant used to cover the conveyor guard padding. It offers long term heat and chemical resistance, and remains flexible in harsh conditions.
Conveyor Guard End Caps
Conveyor guard end caps are a flexible rectangular cap that are used to protect employees from the sharp edges at the end of a rail on a conveyor line.
Sizes: 2.5" x 1.063" x 1.0 "

4.0" x 1.5" x 1.0"

Composed of flexible PVC, the caps are easily fitted around irregular rectangular ends.
Conveyor Leg Guards
Conveyor leg guard is a heavy duty foam product that can be attached to conveyor legs on a conveyor line. They product an additional level of protection again the sharp edges of the conveyor legs.
These guards can also be used on the horizontal edges of racking units providing a level of head protection against injuries related to steel racking beams.
Sizes: Up to 30" long x 13/4" x 13/4" x 5/8" Foam
Color: Safety Yellow/Black
