Conveyor has full, hygienic welds. All welds are electro polished and has a stainless steel sliderbed that is removable for cleaning. Hygienic connections on standoff mounting for cleaning clearance. Washable design to promote free drainage and reduce harborage.

Installed as a Flat Flex wire belt with adjustable take up for belt tension. Comes with a fully washdown IP69K Motor and Washdown Gear Reducer. Includes a pre-wired Washdown Nema 4 VFD to motor. Contains Pre-wired Emergency stops and casters.
