MODEL: ROACH MODEL 297CDLRC

Curved Chain Driven Live Roller Conveyor with 7 Gauge Tread Rollers for Heavy Duty Applications

The Heavy Duty Chain Driven Live Roller Curve Roach Model 297CDLRC can transport heavy unit loads not requiring product orientation. Heavy pallet loads, castings, drums, containers, & tote pans may be effectively conveyed on this conveyor.

Chain driven live roller conveyors (CLDRs), or pallet conveyors, are typically used to transport heavier loads at controlled speeds. Chains drive the sprockets on the load rollers, which in turn drive the chain and the sprocket on the next roller. These systems transmit the same amount of power to each roller thus ensuring smooth, even transportation.

The Roach Model 297CDLRC is well suited for dirty or oiling environments where other types of live roller conveyors do not perform well.

Curved CDLR’s are used in warehouse operations that handle steel sheet products or structural shapes as well as pallets or skids. Designed for torque not speed, these conveyor types transport loads at relatively slow speeds ranging between 35 and 60 feet per minute.  The Roach Model 297CDLRC is also reversible.
