Movomech Mechlift E (Electric)

The Mechlift E is an ergonomically designed lifter which can be used for a variety of lifting solutions.  The Mechlift is available in two systems, the Mechlift E, which is an electric based unit; and the Mechlift P, a pneumatic based lifter.

Mechlift E Features

• The Electric Mechlift Pro is a lightweight, ergonomically designed momentum absorbing lifter that has a stepless frequency steered lifting speed controlled by a joystick
• It has the ability to handle loads between 165 to 1430 lbs with a maximum stroke of 78 inches
• It is easily adaptable with standard or customized tooling and accessories such as various rotation units, tool fittings, brake units, etc.
• Electric Mechlift Pro 75 is made of telescoping aluminum profiles that are anodized and completely maintenance free
• Swedish lifting technology developed over 30 years

Mechlift E Options

• It can also be integrated with Powerdrive drive units for driven sideways motion, or with a Mechbelt linear unit for an automated ”pick and place” type of handling
• Electric Mechlift Pro may optionally be equipped with an encoder that reads the axle in the spindle limit switch. This makes it possible to set a lower stop position, as well as a further two stop/start positions along the stroke. The positions are stored in a built in memory in the frequency converter and are not erased in case of power cuts.
