Movomech Mechlift P (Pneumatic)

The Mechlift P is a pneumatic ergonomically designed lifter which can be used for a variety of lifting solutions.  It has two systems, the Mechlift E, which is an electric based unit; and the Mechlift P, a pneumatic based lifter.

Mechlift P Features

• Mechlift Pro P is installed in a rail system and be fixed or rotateable
• Handles up to 330 lbs.
• Can be mounted with an electric or pneumatic drive unit (Powerdrive) for controlled sideway motions
• The Mechlift Pro P has a variety of tooling attachments, which are easily integrated and provide smooth, ergonomic handling.
• On the lower part of the pillar unit are torque-absorbing wheels, which enable loads outside the lifter’s vertical lift shaft.
• A variety of pneumatic configurations allow adaptation to widely differing handling situations
• Available in several standard versions: counterbalanced for 1 or 2 loads; or a pilot control version for balancing of varying loads in combination with an external control unit
• The pillar unit is constructed of telescoping aluminium profiles that are anodized and  maintenance free
• Facilitates lifting and assembly
• Integrated safety features

• A standard version is the preferred solution for material handling and lifting in general industry applications
• For more demanding applications, an Automotive version is equipped with additional security functionality
