The Narrow Belt Sorter Wave 200 uses innovative technology to reduce the gap between products to the recommended 6” to 12”. With this increased rate, the NBS Wave 200 can compete correspondingly with shoe sorter rates at approximately 60% of the cost! Quiet operation, increased accuracy of diverts, ease of maintenance, smooth product flow, and long belt life, are some of the benefits of the NBS Wave 200.
The compact design of the NBS Wave 200 carries product at speeds up to 425 feet per minute, with divert points positioned as needed along the main line. This capability is ideal for distribution centers, retailers, parcel, freight, 3PL’s, catalog and hardware distributors.
