Installation/Operation

The NetGate™ Pick Module Safety Gate provides optimal efficiency when installed onto the rack uprights of an elevated rack loading area, but it is also available as a standalone unit.

• Bolts onto existing holes in rack uprights, no drilling required
• Trackless, cable/pulley system for operational longevity
• Solves footprint issues with minimal additional weight
• Able to accept tall pallet loads and carts that other access gates can't
• When the gate is lifted open on one side, the other closes providing full height fall protection and safe access to palletized materials at elevated levels

Specifications

• 8 (eight) bolt-on rack-mounted brackets; 4 per front of gate, 4 per rear of gate
• 2 (two) net sections; 1 for the front gate, 1 for the rear gate
• 2 (two) heavy duty steel trays; one contains the welded handle for lifting and closing the gate
• Support structure included for freestanding units
• All hardware included
• Net style: Raschel knotless netting
• Fiber: High tenacity, Polypropylene (HTPP)
• Mesh break:  Designed to meet or exceed applicable safety codes
