If you're looking for a medium powerhouse metal belt conveyor, the 722/726 model is just the right fit measuring in with a 6-5/8" frame. This model works well with light to medium duty industrial appliances and is ideal for when space is limited.

The New London Engineering Model 722/726 Light Duty Chip Conveyor provides a virtually maintenance-free way to move and elevate ferrous materials such as chips, turnings, small parts and stampings. It is ideal for long run applications.  The Model 726 is specifically designed as the liquid tight version of the Model 722 Both models are available in flat, horizonal configurations or in three different incline positions.

Hinge-belt chip conveyors (or hinge conveyors) offer an effective means of managing light chip loads and stringy chips. Chips that fall from the machine tool land on the conveyor belt and are conveyed away from the machine tool's precision surfaces.

The Model 722/726 conveyor offers Steeltrak™ features; New London Engineering’s SteelTrak™ Hinged Steel Belt Conveyors are designed to:

  • Convey nearly any type of metal scrap.
  • They offer a long-term, low-maintenance solution for industrial, scrap, steel chip, and fastener applications.
  • Convey hot oily parts from punch presses, forging machines, etc. to drums or hoppers
  • Their various apron, sidewing, siderail, and frame designs will make your waste removal easy and efficient.
  • The TruTrak™ flanged rollers remove the side-to-side movement of the belt within the belt track. Eliminating belt sway on the track also erases rub against the frame, as well as wear and tear to the conveyor frame, belt axles, sidewings, and cotter pins.
  • TruTrak’s™ features also are the perfect choice in applications where prevention of downtime is a priority.
