The PalletPal 360 Air Level Loader is a pneumatic pallet leveler that makes loading and unloading pallets safe, easy and fast. The pneumatic leveler automatically raises and lowers the platform as boxes are added and removed from pallets allowing the operator to maintain "golden height" . Its built in turntable provides 360° access to loads. Since all of the components are contained within the turntable ring diameter, there are no obstructions or projections to reach over.

Once the airbag has been filled by a compressor or shop air, the unit can be located anywhere
43 5/8" Diameter, low friction, bearing supported turntable

Complete 360° access to loads and turntable platform spins loads for easy access
Fork channels allow easy relocation and provide a stable base that does not require lagging
Designed for varying pallet loads that are changed frequently.
The airbag spring combination provides a virtually linear response
The spring provides a measure of safety by supporting the unloaded turntable in the event of accidental air loss
