“Save”ty Yellow offers the Stand Guard™ guard rail line, a variety of industrial guard rail designed to protect people, facilities, vehicles and products.
The Stand Guard™ Series of ribbed barrier guardrails is available in three versions:
- Stand Guard™ Standard rails are 10-gauge high-tensile steel, rated to withstand impacts of 10,000 lbs. at 5 mph, and provide protection from fork truck impact.
- Stand Guard™ Heavy Duty rails are rates to withstand impacts of 12,000 at 5 mph, and provide protection from fork truck impact.
- Stand Guard™ Lite rails are 14-gauge high-tensile steel, rated to withstand impacts of 5,000 lbs. at 5 mph, and provide protection from stackers, pallet trucks, totes, hoppers, etc.
Stand Guard™ Guard Rail
All welded, lift-out design, ribbed barrier guard rails.
- Rails are constructed of 10 gauge high-tensile steel
- 4" posts have a 10" x 10" x 1/2" base plate with a 10,000 lb at 5 mph impact rating
- Installs in half the time. No hardware needed
- Sleeves are welded directly to the posts
- Posts are available in heights of 18", 26" & 42"
- Rails are available in 2' through 10' (in one foot increments)
- Rails measure center to center of post
- 5/8" x 4.75" anchors available upon request
Stand Guard™ Heavy Duty Guard Rail
All welded, lift-out design, ribbed barrier guard rails.
- Rails are constructed of 10 gauge high-tensile steel
- 5" posts have a 10" x 10" x 5/8" base plate with a 12,000 lb at 5 mph impact rating
- Installs in half the time. No hardware needed
- Sleeves are welded directly to the posts
- Posts are available in heights of 18" & 42"
- Rails are available in 2' through 10' (one foot increments)
- Rails measure center to center of post. 5" posts add 1 inch to every section of rail
- 5/8" x 4.75" anchors available upon request
Stand Guard™ Lite Guard Rail
All welded, lift-out design, ribbed barrier guard rails. This product is designed for light-duty applications such as impacts from electric pallet trucks, powered stackers, high-lift scissor trucks, manual pallet trucks, and push carts.
- Rails are constructed of 14 gauge high-tensile steel
- Impact rating of 5,000 lbs at 5 mph
- Installs in half the time
- Sleeves are welded to posts, no costly brackets as an afterthought
- Rail fits 4" posts with 8" x 8" base plate
- Available in heights of 18" & 42"
- Rails are 2' through 10'. (one foot increments)
- Rails measure center to center of post
- 5/8" x 4.75" anchors available upon request
Stand Guard™ Wall Mounted Bumper Rail
Wall Mounted Bumper Rails are designed to mount to any wall surface to prevent damage when moving or storing products.
- Rails are constructed of 14 gauge high-tensile steel
- Rails are available in 4 different lengths
- Mounting holes on 16" centers
- Mounting hardware not included
- Powder coated safety yellow finish
