VRC Carriage Safety Options

TYPE: Mechanical Lifts - Vertical Reciprocating Conveyors VRCs

MODEL: VRC Carriage Safety Options

Carriage safety options such as SafeLock and DeckStop are available for VRCs and provide an additional level of safety protection.

Our VRCs are standardized with a carriage free-fall device, but if additional safety measures are preferred, we offer supplemental carriage locking devices and heavy steel locks to each VRC column to prevent accidental descent of a raised carriage.

When the VRC arrives at an upper level, the systems lock the carriage in place either through an automatic (SafeLock) or manual (DeckStop) operation.
