Gravity-fed carton flow pallet racking is an affordable way to save space, unify order picking activity and increase pick positioning within your existing space.  Totes are fed into storage lanes from one aisle and flow to the opposite aisle for full and split-case picking, separating picking and replenishment. Carton Flow can be used as a stand-alone system or integrated with conveyor, pick-to-light and multi-level pick modules.

Durable, Efficient Full-Width Roller Carton Flow

Cart-Trak’s full-width carton flow system is a heavy-duty, system that provides full carton coverage and exceptional flow for cartons or totes of consistent size. Cart-Trak is galvanized and designed to easily drop into an existing pallet rack.

Cart-Trak with Bearings

Cart-Trak is available with bearing rollers. The bearings offer several benefits over standard bushings including:

  • Less Pitch – Frees up more vertical space to accommodate more carton flow levels and increase number of SKU facings
  • Fewer Rollers – bearing rollers can often be spaced further apart saving on overall system costs
  • Increased Efficiency – smooth, consistent and faster flow with fewer hang-ups

Econo-Flo carton flow rack improves inventory visibility and ergonomics for faster more accurate picks. Econo-Flo carton flow can be installed as a stand-alone system or integrated with conveyor, pick-to-light or within multi-level pick modules.

Flanged Wheel Carton Flow, Ideal for Totes and Deep Lane Systems

Flo-Guide flanged wheel carton flow is designed to provide full-lane guides for cartons, cases and totes from load to pick face. It's patented design cradles the inventory as it flows in the lane to ensure proper tracking and consistent, smooth flow. There is no need for additional lane guides even in deep and very-deep lane systems.

Flo-Guide can accommodate light-duty (under 40 lb. loads) or heavy-duty (greater than 40 lb. loads) applications; a good fit for fragile inventory such as candy or totes filled with auto parts.
