Plastic Belt Curve Conveyors Features Include:

• Great for conveying small items that are not conveyable on live-roller curves. 
• They operate well at high speeds just prior to entering a high-speed sortation conveyor.  
• They can be designed for applications that require sanitary standards, available with carbon steel and stainless steel tabletops. 
• Custom curves are available in degrees from 15° to 180° with belt widths from 4″ to 36″. 
• Curves are available in either right or left hand direction, and with or without straight conveyor lengths in between the curves.

Plastic Belt Curve Conveyors require measurement minimums between the rail widths on the curve in order to avoid jamming of products.  Designing and building these types of curve conveyors present a number of engineering challenges, and some system integrators may not be up to the task.
