PTM Series Power Turn Belt Curve Conveyor, MCE

The PTM Power Series™ Line of Power Turn Belt Curved Conveyors are available in standard, Heavy Duty (HD) and Small Pulley (SP) options. A wide variety of widths and radii are available to customize your conveyor line to suit every need.

Features

• Designed for performance, flexibility and durable construction, these conveyors can handle light product loads to oversized, heavy weights with no gaps or downtime.
• The curved drive pulleys are sized by the load specifications.  By driving through the entire width of the belt, not just utilizing the outer radial edge, heavy loads are transported smoothly and efficiently. 
• The guide system features sealed ball bearings to withstand abrasive environments with ease.  No roller chains or sprockets are needed

Options

SP/Small Pulley Power Turn Conveyors

• When you are handling smaller items, SP turns can be configured with smaller pulley assemblies located at each end of the turn
• The pulley diameters for the SP Series are customized for each conveyance

HD/Heavy Duty Power Turn Conveyors

• Specialty frames of up to 1/4" steel can handle your heaviest loads, up to 4000 lbs per turn. 
• Heavy duty bed relief rollers are installed as needed and customized per conveyance
