Diebel D-3300 Extruded Aluminum Frame Conveyor

The Diebel D-3300 extruded aluminum frame conveyor is a heavy-duty conveyor with a compact overall profile of 2.48”.

Features

• The Diebel series features a simple and easy belt tracking system
• D-3300 features a robust electric motor paired with a gearbox to provide long lasting power transmission
• Extruded aluminum frame features a dual T-slot that runs the full length of the frame for mounting rails, electrical accessories, supports, sensors, photo eyes, or other accessories
• All other parts are zinc coated to provide a clean, maintenance-free finish (options are available for stainless steel 304 2B parts)

Specifications

• Conveyor is available with a box beam frame (for 1” – 6” belt width), or plate and rail frame (for 8” – 18” belt width)
• The model D-3300 is available from 1’ length to 40’ length with an end drive or center drive
• Maximum capacity of this conveyor is 200 lbs
• D-300 comes with a 2-1/4” drive and infeed pulley, but can also be configured with a tight transfer for those small parts that are difficult to convey

Applications

• The D-3300 is utilized for electronics processing, clean room applications, and food processing
