LIFT-O-FLEX™ Ergonomic Lifter with Electric Expand-O-Turn™ Model 12107-1

The Expand-O-Turn™ 12107-R Series Electric Rotate Kit is designed for LIFT-O-FLEX™ lift systems. 

The Expand-O-Turn™ End Effector is attached to the standard Lift-O-Flex Ergonomic Lifter. The lifter can be manually transported around a facility with ease. This tooling attachment is inserted into a vertical roll and expands to grab the roll from within. The roll can then be lifted and rotated horizontally if needed. Lifters can be customized to fit any application, and designed with end effector tooling that fits your needs.  

LIFT-O-FLEX™

• The LIFT-O-FLEX™ is an ergonomic material handling solution that is designed to lift, move, invert and rotate rolls, spools, reels, as well as other products of similar size and shape.    
• The LIFT-O-FLEX™ has a wide variety of standard end effectors, attachments, tooling and manipulators available.  The end effectors, or attachments, are completely interchangeable. This allows for interchangeability between lifters, allowing the user to meet their ergonomic lifting needs while providing flexibility with interchangeable tooling without incurring the cost of a complete replacement.
• LIFT-O-FLEX™ and its tooling attachments are available in a powder coated finish, anodized aluminum or stainless steel construction. Wash down versions are available. 
• Custom options are always welcome, and we will happily work with you to determine a customized LIFT-O-FLEX™ configuration that will provide the best solution for your operation. 

Expand-O-TURN™ Features:

• The Expand-O-Turn™ End Effector is an optional electric rotating extension that allows the user to rotate rolls by their core from a horizontal to a vertical position (or vertical to horizontal). The device offers the best of both worlds, with an electric expander that provides positive core gripping, along with the ease of roll manipulation.
• The Expand-O-Turn™ attachment can lift and turn, move, pour, position and load your coil or spool. Rolls of varying dimensions with weights up to 300 lbs. (depending on roll size), can be picked up from the vertical position at the floor/pallet level and deposited at random heights in a horizontal position.
• The Expand-O-Turn™ is operated via push buttons and is simple and easy to use and will not damage the core or the roll surface.  The Expand-O-Turn™ tooling attachment is designed to lift and rotate any size roll.
• Manual Rotate – Standard
  Electric Rotate – Optional for heavy rolls
• Expander Slide Rails to achieve roll balance for ease of rotation
