A re-flow accumulation table is a stainless steel un-scrambler and singulator conveyor for jam free product flow.  The line of stainless steel conveyors by MCE is pre-engineered, allowing us to provide a modular design, saving you time and money. Equipment typically ships in 10 – 15 business days. 

The Stainless Steel Re-Flow Accumulation Table is best used as an in-line accumulation solution that requires single file discharge.

Features

  • The Re-Flow Accumulation Table has a unique design that prevents product jams and allows for uniformed single file product orientation
  • Product is recirculated to the accumulation zones relieving backpressure and preventing bridging
  • If the flow of single filed product through the discharge is interrupted, the offset pressure relief design will direct product to the overflow accumulation side of the table. Product will then be recirculated and be allowed to re-enter into the discharge lane.
  • The conveyor provides a large product accumulation area in a small footprint.
  • The accumulator can handle round and non-round containers.
  • It provides a random delivery of products to downstream operations.
