Squeeze-O-Turn™ Attachment

The electric Squeeze-O-Turn™ is a lifting device to support drum handling and handling of any item that requires rotation. The electrical clamp and rotate module squeezes from the outside to lift and rotate with a complete 360° manipulation, making it ideal for barrels, bins, boxes, etc.

Features

• Easy to configure and adapts to different loads
• Maximum lifting capacity of 300 lbs.*
• The squeeze arms can be mechanically adjusted to fit larger or smaller loads.
• Built-in safety features prevent accidental release of loads, and the squeeze pressure preset protects products from damage.
  *Actual lift capacities depend upon individual applications.
• The operation of the unit is simple and easy using the controls mounted on the lift mast.
• Left or Right Rotation
• Operator controlled via variable speed joystick
• Rotator also provides continuous rotation in either direction.

Squeeze-O-Turn Functions

• Squeeze:  Depress the “Squeeze” push button control; Squeeze stops movement based on squeeze pressure preset at the factory
• Release:  Depress the “Release” push button and the “Inhibit” push button simultaneously
• Vertical to Horizontal Applications:  Manual adjustment required for loads larger than 12” stroke. (Optional 20” stroke squeeze mast available)

Options

• Double squeeze mast provides a 22” stroke
• Available in powder coated finish, anodized aluminum, or stainless steel construction
• Wash down versions are available

Optional V-Block and Locking Detent Turntable 

Roll Handling

• Roll rotated 90° after pickup
• Load arm opened for flap orientation rotate left/right after releasing locking detent
• Roll manually rotated on the turntable
• After rotation, align core with spindle and load

Application Options

• Load widths other than above can be handled with X-Long Squeeze Assembly.
• Load arms for cylindrical loads with V-Blocks (Fixed or with turntable) to orient load in proper direction and with the correct flap orientation
• Flat Pads in different sizes for rectangular loads
• Load arms can also be supplied with mechanical adjustment for various, pre-set load sizes
• Barrel/Drum and Bucket Rotate and Pouring
• Tapered or cylindrical type
