This conveyor is used to automate the process of transporting raw poultry, pork, and beef to and from an impingement oven.
Components
- The construction is of heat resistant 300 Series stainless steel.
- A fully wash-down, corrosion resistant, stainless-steel IP69K motor with NEMA 4 VFD.
- Fully hygienic, electro-polished welds and hygienic connections on standoff mounting for cleaning clearance. They all have a washable design to promote free drainage and reduce harborage.
- A rigid structural cantilever design with easy belt removal.
- A quick belt de-tensioner to slack belt and belt lifters for cleaning.
- An endless urethane Mini SuperDriveTM (MSD) belt solves slipping and off-tracking. Endless urethane belts also offer several advantages over regular machinery belts with a splice:
- There is no splice point to clean in between/or to carry pathogens.
- Better performance.
- More durable.
- Requires less maintenance and is safer to use.
- Contains a UHMW carry way with acetal snub rollers and live end transfer rollers, which are easily removed without the need for tools.
- A spray bar to remove stuck/product build up on the belt return and a full-length connection pan with a 6” flexible hose for easy cleaning.
- Locking swivel stem casters for increased mobility.
- For added safety and to abide by OSHA guidelines, each conveyor comes with Emergency stops.
