Curved Belt Drive Live Roller Conveyor for Diversion to Spur Line in Light Duty Applications
The Roach Model 138LRCS can be used in diverging or converging applications or for merging loads of cartons, totes, fixtures, and cardboard boxes. Gravity Roller spurs can transfer products from one conveying line to another. They are ideally used where numerous lines must transfer onto a main conveyor line, from work stations or other similar operations. Model 138LRCS is ideal in light duty applications. Industries best suited for Belt Driven Live Roller (BDLR) conveyors:
• Manufacturing • Order Fulfillment • Warehousing & Distribution • Aerospace Government • Military & Agency • Automotive • Parcel Handling
A BDLR is a gravity roller conveyor powered by a belt. The friction created by the belt drive produces a low pressure method of accumulating product, which in turn allows for loads to be stopped or stalled on the conveyor surface while the belt continues to run.
