Line Shaft Driven Converging Spur Module Conveyor for Merging Applications
The Roach Conveyors Model 796LSS Line Shaft Converging Spur Module allows products to flow from spur lines and merge onto straight line shaft driven conveyor. Live roller spur conveyors are used in diverging and converging applications. They can be self powered or slave driven. Spur modules are design to be driven by 796LS, thus decreasing overall number of drives in the conveyor system. Live roller spurs are used to transfer cartons, cases, boxes, totes, etc. onto and off of the main conveyor line.
Merging conveyors combine multiple lanes of product into a single lane. These conveyors can handle large boxes through small packaged product. The merging conveyor can easily replace a person assigned to align multiple rows of products into a single lane. Merging conveyors are vital for downline processes that require product to be in a singe-file line such as scanners, labelers, classifiers, graders, diverts and more. Thomas Conveyor & Equipment has systems integrators available to help you design your line shaft converging spur module conveyor system. Engineers can help you determine if the Roach Conveyors Model 796LSS Line Shaft Converging Spur Module will work for your application.
